With Easter falling in the middle of April this year, auctions are clustered either at the beginning or the end of the month, with the first week in particular hosting a number of interesting sales in Hong Kong. Sotheby’s Hong Kong Spring Sales offer a wonderful range of valuable art and artifacts to peruse – two of which we have picked out here – while scattered across the rest of the month are other curious treasures, including the egg of one of the largest birds that ever lived.
