Alila Villas Uluwatu unveils its exclusive dining experience in Quila dining room that’s set to take diners by surprise.
With just five tables available each night, couples can expect a sensory journey for their senses in every bite. The menu, designed by executive chef Marc Lores Panades, changes on a nightly basis, and combines Mediterranean-inspired creations with local produce.
As the restaurant can only house 10 guests each night, Panades is able to customise all dishes to cater to each guest’s dietary requirements and preferences.
