The Library Unveils New Dining Concept With An Exclusive Four Hands Dinner

The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur’s elegant dinner destination The Library will unveil a new dining concept helmed by YTL corporate executive chef Wai Look Chow on January 25 to 26. Priced at RM350++, diners can experience a special four-course culinary collaboration of fine European flavours and vivid Asian tastes, thanks to chef Wai who will be working together with his friend and celebrity Michelin-starred Austrian chef Johann Lafer.

The restaurant’s new dining concept is based on one of Chef Wai’s international accolades, a coffee table book collaboration called Two Friends – One Cuisine made together with chef Lafer, showcasing a combination of modern and traditional culinary techniques to give ingredients a new complexity. Guests can expect a unique symphony of tastes that will dazzle the palate at this limited time exclusive menu.
