Quite recently, down south in Johor’s Nusajaya district, BRDB and UEM Sunrise welcomed an estimated 150 purchasers of its property and their guests to a day of fun and activities. Among the highlights were yacht brokers Simpson Marine who showed up with the MCY6 from Monte Carlo Yachts, showcasing the ease in which home owners could embark from the relative comfort of their homes to their very own yacht.

Also adding to the festivities were Perrier-Jouet champagne and single-malt scotch Aberlour, with its brand ambassador Lionel Lau offering insights into its delicious range of whiskies. Guests were suitably charmed by the fantastic timepieces of Hublot and Ulysse Nardin by The Hour Glass, and participated in a lucky draw by XTRA Furniture Malaysia and Okamura, with the grand prize being a Leopard chair worth RM12,000.
