A night to remember

At a recent Robb Report Malaysia event in Penang, a host of leading names in luxury provided a scintillating evening of delight for readers of Robb Report Malaysia. At the charming French-inspired Farquhar Mansion of Penang, the scene was set by a smooth vermillion Aston Martin DB11 alongside a Bentley Bentayga and Continental GT V8 S.

Guests were served a delightful spread of French-accented canapes which dovetailed with a selection of whites and reds; the latter represented by a delicious 2013 vintage Gevrey Chambertin of Burgundy and the Chateauneuf-du- Pape La Bernardine 2014 from Rhone.

Luxury timepiece retailer Sincere Fine Watches, which carries an amazing breadth of Swiss haute horlogerie showcased the illustrious timepieces of maison Vacheron Constantin with the refined Patrimony range as well as their versatile new Overseas collection. The latter offers customisable strap and bracelet changes to suit the modern-day lifestyle urbanites. The night segued with Dalmore’s ambassador Adam Knox taking guests through a tasting of different expressions, culminating in the 1981 Amoroso Sherry Finesse and the flagship 25 Year Old.
