Forlino

Designed to tantalise

The recipient of multiple awards for its classic menu and signature wines, it’s little wonder that Forlino is considered one of Singapore’s top Italian fine-dining restaurants. Not one to rest on its laurels, Forlino has sought the talents of Yohhei Sasaki to add a new dimension to its culinary offerings as its chef de cuisine.

Sasaki honed his skills at top Italian restaurants in Japan as well as at Michelin-starred establishments in Italy’s Tuscany and Lombardia. His innovative style of cooking is a blend of contemporary Italian and his own unique Japanese flair.

His new a la carte menu includes his signature dishes such as Linguine Pasta Aglio e Olio ai Ricci di Mare and Signature Tiramisu. In the former, bouncy strands of linguine are served with gourmet ingredients from Italy and Japan, while the latter is a light and fluffy dessert with hints of espresso and liquor in every mouthful.
