Noam lager makes modern craft beer from traditional Bavarian technique

Hip Hops

Take this as a new benchmark for contemporary beer craftsmanship. Noam’s state-of-the-art lager beer (€78, RM340 for 18 bottles) is made from delicate Smaragd and Hallertauer Tradition hops, sourced from the fertile German valleys of Hallertau. Naturally finished to the highest Bavarian purity standards,

it’s aged over six weeks, and receives no stabilisation, filtration or thermal treatment. Its refreshing floral and savoury flavours, distinguishable by a signature herbal base note, are made all the more elegant by a design-savvy bottle crafted from Italian glass, in conjunction with Swedish brand Acne’s art department in Stockholm.
