Christian Louboutin Brings Their Iconic Style To Kuala Lumpur With First Flagship Store

By Kenneth Tan | February 05, 2020

In the world of footwear, few compare to the audacious style of Christian Louboutin. The designer’s 164th boutique recently became the toast of Kuala Lumpur at its official launch. Across 92 square metres in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, the store offers a recall of Louboutin’s first boutique at Galerie Vero Dodatin Paris – an imagined private boudoir to make fantastical footwear come to life.

From its plus red carpet to an abundance of velvet and golden coffered ceilings, the space becomes an intimate lounge in which visitors can slip into the many signature highlights of Louboutin such as the Spring-Summer 2020 men’s collection HappyRui low top sneaker, inspired by tennis shoes of the 70s with varsity lettering. Or perchance, the cult-status Red Runner and Spike sock sneakers which returns for the new fashion season.
