Malaysia’s first Dior Homme stores opens in KL
Dior Homme’s long-awaited arrival to Malaysia has finally happened with a brand new store in Suria KLCC, just in time for Creative Director Kris Van Assche’s spectacular SS16 offerings. “In this collection many of the codes are traditional, but it is the accumulation of those traditions that makes it both extreme and essentially about contemporary elegance,” says Van Assche.
Generating the most heat are Van Assche’s jackets for spring, particularly a rendition of the MA-1 bomber in navy with white embroidered Fée des neiges roses on the sleeve. The multi-dimensional retail space will feature a selection of ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods, eyewear and jewellery and in celebration of the opening, a limited edition clutch numbered 1 to 10 was made especially for the occasion.
