The daughter of a Turkish family of Ottoman art collectors, Khan has an eye for luxury, along with eccentric sensibility and funky elegance. It certainly explains why these pineapples – meticulously shaped by artisans in the heart of Istanbul’s Old Town – come plated with 24k rose gold and set with green gems.
