Galop d’Hermès is a perfume like no other

An equestrian connection

The House of Hermès pays tribute to its equestrian roots with its first fragrance fully developed by in-house perfumer Christine Nagel. An oriental fragrance with notes of rose, saffron, quince and, unusually, leather, Galop d’Hermès smells like the world’s sexiest mare. The flacon it comes in is highly distinctive as well: shaped like a stirrup, the equine connection is accentuated by the leather cord – representing the reins of the horse and how a woman is attached to her fragrance.
