Gems Pavilion’s latest collection celebrates the Timeless Pearl

Shimmer and sheen

From a tiny grain of sand irritating an oyster, a pearl is born. Thai fine jewellery house Gems Pavilion pays tribute to that bounty of the sea in its latest collection called ‘The Timeless Pearl’.

For this collection, Gems Pavilion has taken inspiration from the opulent style of the 1920s, the ornate Art Deco period, updated for the modern day wearer. Movement is the inspiration. The pieces, ranging from a fluid necklace to dangling earrings to a kinetic bracelet, were crafted to represent the motion of marine waves and the sparkle of sunshine reflecting off the sea. Designed to be individual, each piece still flows harmoniously into each other – and other pieces of jewellery – giving it a unique mix-and-match appeal. And at the centre of each piece, the gemstone of the ocean: a perfect beautiful pearl.
