Shades of Nordic nature colour the Beoplay Autumn/Winter 16 collection

It’s unusual to see an electronics company latch on to fashion terminology, and yet it also seems entirely appropriate that Danish audio company Bang & Olufsen calls its new range of audio products the Beoplay Autumn/Winter 2016 Collection. It’s autumn-winter not just in the period it launched, but also the inspiration.

The natural Nordic hues of grey flowing streams, dusky birch trees, mossy greens, rich brown soil, black sand beaches, auburn mineral deposits and taupe lava stones are the palette for the new products. Which include the deep red BeoPlay A1 speaker and BeoPlay H8 wireless headphones, the black BeoPlay A1 speaker, the moss green BeoPlay H5 wireless headphones and BeoPlay A6 Cover speaker, and the cocoa brown BeoPlay H6 wireless headphones. A suitable sombre photoshoot, depicting the audio products in their natural environment, accompanies the collection.
