Chopard LUC XPS Fairmined

Fairest of them all

Fairmined gold is ethical gold and Chopard is the only luxury company today that makes jewellery and watches with it. Together with the Alliance for Responsible Mining, this Genevan luxury company aims to improve working conditions for mining communities and reduce the environmental impact of their activities.

Each year, Chopard produces a selection of Fairmined gold novelties and has even started a Green Carpet high jewellery collection to further the cause.

New this year is the LUC XPS Fairmined, which is not only Fairmined-certified but chronometer certified as well by COSC. A perfect gentleman’s dress watch, it is ultra-thin and has a unique galvanised dial bearing a raw snailed texture inspired by gold nuggets. The movement within is the self-winding LUC Calibre 96.12-L, which derives energy from the 22-carat gold micro-rotor. This 250-piece limited edition is available exclusively in Chopard boutiques.
