A symbol of immortality and renewal to the ancients, the peacock has fascinated mankind for eons. Its distinctive colour now illuminates the Grand Seiko Hi-beat 36000 GMT (€7,700, RM37,210). Assembled in the Shizukuishi Watch Studio, this automatic GMT timepiece possesses an accuracy of +5 to -3 seconds a day, with a power reserve of 55 hours, and is limited to only 700 pieces.
