The theme of this year’s Time Kulture, the signature showcase put on by Malaysia’s Swiss Watch Gallery since 2013, is Revolution. It is a call to arms for the new revolutionaries of horology, young entrepreneurs going beyond convention, embracing innovation and striking out as game-changers. Held at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur from 6-16 July, this Revolution will feature timepieces from Bell & Ross, Graham, Longines, Maurice Lacroix, Oris, TAG Heuer, Tissot and Tudor.

Billed as a tribute to this new school of watchmaking – daring and defying – expect an immersive setting at the sprawling concourse of Pavilion KL. Raw, fresh and edgy, this timepieces on display are selected to appeal to the young and curious, the stylish and the urbane. Each of the brands will be housed in its own specially designed booth. Tudor will dedicate its booth to its new #BorntoDare campaign featuring ambassadors David Beckham and the All Blacks rugby team, while you can expect virtual reality fun with TAG Heuer and high-octane excitement with Oris and its mini race car challenge, which also offers you the chance to win Formula 1 Malaysia Grand Prix Grandstand tickets.

Not limited to just the Klang Valley, Revolution by Time Kulture will also be going on tour, travelling to Penang in October and Johor Bahru in November. Revolution by Time Kulture is presented by Swiss Watch Gallery in partnership with BMW Malaysia, Heineken, Maybank and The Edge. Do you hear that sound? It’s ticking down to Revolution.
